I have been using Cisco VPN, and it work fine with connection through client servers. Sometimes after 6-7 days Im able to connect to VPN but Im not able to connect to client network. Any of the servers are accessible except VPN.

The Cisco VPN adapter should be disabled if the client is not connected, it turns itself on upon connection.
