When I look at his IP its always 145 but the reset is all different. I know him its and I ban him. I told all my admins/mods/staff to check a players IP when they join and to ban there if it starts with 145. I have a plugin called 'Range Bans' but it don't work and is inactive. How can I just ban his IP starting 145. I really need help thanks.
