There are two hardware versions of this router DIR-825 and DIR-825_Rev-B, which is the latest version. There seems to be a lot of problems with the earlier version. I received DIR-825_Rev-B with firmware version 2.02NA. I did not use the utility that came with the router to configure it. I just used the web interface for configuration. The DIR-825 has reached it's End-of-Support (EOS) date on 09/01/2015. The resources associated with EOS products have ceased their development and are no longer supported.
